This role is part of a fast‑growing live entertainment business operating at the intersection of music, culture and global travel experiences, producing afro‑centric festivals, tours and club shows worldwide.

Base Pay Range£50,000
The RoleReporting into the Finance Director and working closely with Festival Directors, Production, Operations and Artist Booking teams, the Event Accountant owns the financial lifecycle of live music events — from pre‑production budgeting to post‑show settlement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pre‑Event: Build and manage detailed event budgets and cash flow forecasts, support management with cost planning and financial feasibility analysis, coordinate artist and crew per diems, prepare daily/weekly financial reporting for promoters, liaise with promoters to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
- Post‑Event: Prepare and complete show settlements, review and verify promoter settlement statements, reconcile all event costs and revenues in Net Suite, deliver clear financial summaries to senior stakeholders and promoters.
- Ad Hoc: Support internal and external audits with event documentation, assist with purchase order processes and financial controls.
- Previous experience in event accounting, live entertainment or touring finance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with creative and non‑finance teams.
- Process‑driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and controls.
- Proactive, positive and highly organised.
- Work within a culturally driven, globally recognised live entertainment business.
