Job Description
The 2026 Analyst Program delivers learning and development across investing, leadership, communication, and technology. As an Analyst in Strategic Partners, you will work on extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private‑equity asset classes. You will support secondary transactions, co‑investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals, prepare Investment Committee memos, structure and execute investments, and conduct research projects.
Responsibilities
• Extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds.
• Preparation of Investment Committee memos and support for investment decisions.
• Structuring and execution of secondary and primary investments.
• Conducting research projects across private‑markets opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
