Trading Analytics Specialist | London | Systematic Trading Team
A leading global algorithmic trading firm and electronic market maker, delivering liquidity, execution, and prime services to institutional clients worldwide. Their proprietary technology underpins fully systematic, cross-asset trading strategies operating at scale across global markets
The Opportunity:
- We’re hiring a Trading Analytics Specialist to join the systematic quantitative trading programme. You’ll sit close to the trading desk, building analytics that directly inform execution quality, trading decisions, and portfolio performance.
- This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of trading, analytics, and production‑grade engineering, with real influence over how strategies are evaluated and improved.

- Work on analytics that directly impact execution and PnL
- Exposure to systematic, cross‑asset trading at meaningful scale
- Technically serious environment with strong engineering and research culture
What You’ll Do:
- Build and evolve execution analytics to assess trading performance and costs across asset classes
- Develop scalable, production‑ready analytics pipelines used by traders and researchers in Python
- Perform and oversee cross‑asset Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA)
- Work closely with traders, quant researchers, and risk teams to improve execution outcomes
- Support both algo and high‑touch trading workflows
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) across multiple asset classes
- Excellent Python skills (production‑quality code) with Num Py, pandas etc
- Solid working knowledge of Linux and SQL
- Experience in a quant trading or systematic investment environment
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
