Portfolio Risk Analyst

Position: Portfolio Risk Analyst (Permanent)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Risk Analyst to join its quantitative Portfolio Analytics team, a central partner to Underwriting, Risk, Capital Partners, and Portfolio Solutions. In this role, you will help shape and enhance the company’s purpose-built risk systems while acting as a crucial bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

You will support daily portfolio modelling, troubleshoot analytical outputs, and contribute to the development and evaluation of proprietary and third-party risk models. The position involves collaborating with teams across the business to improve data management, reporting workflows, and modelling methodologies. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, clear communication abilities, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Experience in re/insurance, catastrophe modelling, or data-driven risk analysis is a plus, alongside proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
