An exciting opportunity to join a growing Private Markets investment team at a leading asset manager. The purpose of this role is to research funds and source investment ideas from a broad universe of private markets including private equity and debt, infrastructure and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research managers, funds and the markets within private markets
  • Proactively source new ideas and gather market information to help support investment decisions
  • Prepare financial models to support investment underwriting and analyse portfolios to determine future cash flow
  • Present research and analysis to the wider investment team

    • Ideal Profile:

  • 7-10 years relevant manager research experience
  • Prior experience analysing funds within the private markets sector
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideally CFA or CAIA qualification
  • Highly numerate with an analytical approach
