M&A Real Estate Senior Associate

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate M&A team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing complex transactions across the real estate and hospitality sectors, working closely with senior bankers and clients.

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
• Conduct detailed industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.
• Draft presentations, pitch books, and marketing documents for clients.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, tax, and other advisors.
• Mentor and supervise Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market participants.

• Experience:
  
  5-6 years in investment banking, ideally with exposure to real estate or related sectors.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Education:
  
  Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or similar qualification is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
