Financial Controller; Asset Management

Position: Financial Controller (Asset Management)
Location: South East London

A boutique asset manager, with circa 500 million in AUM is looking for a Financial Controller. Your new company A highly successful, well-established, boutique Asset Manager serving family office and institutional clients. The company is renowned for 1st class customer service and is looking to expand their team following a period of growth. The firm have investments in a range of sectors including but not limited to, Media and Technology.

Your new role Taking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis of private equity, credit and advisory business lines.

Duties include:

Ownership for group financial control Leading a transactional finance team Reporting to CFO Monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentation Manage the year-end process including audit liaison FCA compliance reports What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of private equity or the asset management space. The ideal focus will be to have the desire to really grow your career in a boutique asset manager with long term succession plan to be FD.
