Our client is a leading Boutique Asset Management firm, renowned for their culture. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Senior Wealth Planning Assistant to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the Senior Wealth Planning Assistant will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:
Initiate and manage client relationships from inception, collaborating with Investment Managers and coordinating account opening.Maintain existing client accounts, conducting periodic AML reviews and managing agreements and sub-accounts.Coordinate with third parties on custodial matters and derivative/FFX account openings.Cultivate ongoing client relationships where suitable.Handle client queries comprehensively, including reporting, cash transactions, custody, and transitions.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating sound knowledge of asset management company structures.Preferred experience in private client portfolio administration and relevant industry qualifications such as IOC.This presents a remarkable opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a substantial impact within a respected Asset Management firm.
