Description

Our client is a dynamic hedge fund that, due to a period of sustained growth, is looking for a Fund Performance & Attribution Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing performance & attribution workflow as well as data pipeline architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and improve Performance & Attribution methodologies for equity & fixed income securities.

Identify, build and implement internal process improvements.

Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.

Evaluate business needs and objectives.

Requirements:

Prior experience within a Performance & Attribution role at a buy-side firm.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Working knowledge of programming languages, specifically Python is essential.

Experience with Power BI & SQL considered an advantage.
