Manager - Finance Transformation Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and benefits

London with hybrid working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance transformation professional to join a leading global professional services firm as a Manager within its Business Consulting practice. Robert Walters is partnering with this business to support the recruitment of this key hire. This position offers the opportunity to work with ambitious, growth-focused organisations, helping them modernise finance functions, adopt digital solutions, and deliver sustainable operational change.

You will sit at the centre of transformation engagements, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.

The Role What you'll do As a Manager - Finance Transformation, you will lead and deliver finance process improvement initiatives, supporting clients from diagnostic through to implementation. You will work across multiple engagements, using data analytics and business intelligence to identify issues, shape solutions, and communicate insights clearly.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading finance transformation projects, working collaboratively with clients to diagnose challenges and design effective solutions Managing multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery to agreed timelines Facilitating workshops to confirm objectives, gather requirements, and build stakeholder alignment Conducting data analytics assessments and developing clear, actionable client roadmaps Supporting clients in evaluating Business Intelligence solutions through tailored demonstrations and recommendations Designing and building reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI Producing high-quality client-facing reports, presentations, and implementation plans Building trusted, long-term client relationships through clear communication, empathy, and consistent value delivery About You You are an experienced finance transformation professional with a strong consulting mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You combine technical finance knowledge with the ability to translate complex information into practical, accessible insights. You will bring:
At least 7 years' experience delivering finance transformation projects, ideally within professional services A strong track record of finance process redesign and delivering measurable business value Experience leading or contributing to data analytics assessments and finance transformation roadmaps Exposure to Business Intelligence tools and supporting clients in BI solution selection Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to non-technical audiences Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities effectively High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with excellence, integrity, respect, and teamwork Why Join You'll be joining a firm known for its collaborative culture, accessible leadership, and commitment to professional development.
