Position: M&A - Big 4 - Assistant Manager
Corporate M&A Tax - Assistant Manager - London - Big 4 Firm Join a market-leading Corporate M&A Tax team at a Big 4 firm, advising on high-profile UK and cross-border transactions for some of the world's largest organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate tax professional looking to move into or further develop within M&A and transactions tax.

You'll work closely with senior leaders on live deals while gaining exposure across the full deal life cycle, including due diligence, structuring, SPA reviews and funds flows. Previous M&A experience is not essential - a strong corporate tax background and interest in transactions is key. Key highlights:
