Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee financial operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, accounting, and services, ensuring the organisation's financial health and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

* Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with senior management to support organisational growth through effective financial planning.
* Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital management strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial management, including financial accounting and services.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
* Experience managing accounts payable processes and implementing efficient financial systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
* Professional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred but not essential.
