Forecasting, Planning & Analysis Finance Manager - S&C Sub-; One Braham; United

Location: London, Bristol, Birmingham, Belfast

Hybrid working: three days in the office, two days from home.

This role provides finance support to the S&C FP&A Senior Manager and a Sub‑Sector Finance Business Partner Senior Manager on key decisions and financial insight. The role leads, designs and implements the forecasting and outlook process, leveraging stakeholders across the Sub‑Sector both inside and outside of finance and managing the consolidation of product forecasts and managed contracts where applicable across the channel.

Acting as the central point of contact for the Sub‑Sector’s budget process, this role delivers all supplementary schedules and distils the complex medium‑term deliverables into simple commentary for senior management briefings. It also provides meaningful analysis on month‑end results, understanding the key drivers of performance.

• Act as a trusted partner to senior management, challenging and supporting commercial decisions while shaping business strategy.
• Lead the finance agenda to deliver business objectives, including month‑end, outlook, and annual budgeting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide clear communication of financial deliverables, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met, while monitoring risks, opportunities, and key performance metrics to drive informed decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with Product Finance and Commercial teams for consistent financial narratives and smooth consolidation.
• Oversee P&L and EWC tracking with offshore teams, and manage WD10 reporting accuracy and formatting.
• Liaise with external auditors and deliver ad‑hoc analysis and presentations as required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy.

• Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across all levels.
• Strategic mindset with awareness of business objectives.

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA).
