Ready for your first Head of FP&A role? This is a rare opportunity to step up into a Group leadership position within a fast‑growing, AIM‑listed business – owning FP&A at Group level and working directly with the CEO, CFO and Operating Board.

The Group is entrepreneurial, fast‑moving and highly commercial – and this role sits right at the heart of its growth strategy.

• Own FP&A for a multi‑entity, listed group
• Lead the annual budget, 5‑year plan and quarterly re‑forecasts
• Build and embed best‑in‑class forecasting and reporting frameworks
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and Operating Board on strategy and investment decisions
• Develop Group‑wide data, reporting and insight capability
• Support investor reporting and strategic planning

• A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Currently an FP&A Manager, Senior FP&A Manager or Commercial Finance Manager
• Operating in a multi‑entity, fast‑growth or listed environment
• Ready for your first “Head of” role with full Group ownership

• Commercial, analytical and confident with senior stakeholders
• Strong in modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Passionate about data, systems and process improvement
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
