Director Restructuring

Overview

A leading advisory firm has mandated us to search for a new Director to work in their UK restructuring team. The role is for a Director who can operate across financial restructuring, turnaround, and working capital advisory services. The ideal candidate will be capable of running an end-to-end process, be part of the origination team, and ideally win some of their own work, then lead juniors in execution.

The role can be based in London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds. An insolvency practitioner would be helpful, but not essential. The role will move to MD within 2 years for the right person.

• Lead and manage end-to-end financial restructuring engagements across turnaround and working capital advisory services.
• Contribute to origination and, where possible, win new work; oversee execution and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with the broader advisory team and serve mid-to-large cap clients on a variety of deals.

• Insolvency practitioner experience is helpful but not essential.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships at a senior level.
