Finatal is partnering with a £100m turnover professional services business approaching a significant transaction to appoint an Interim CFO for an initial 12-month assignment. The business is currently pre-deal and requires someone to lead the post-deal professionalisation of the finance function, ensuring reporting and underlying data are robust and consistent. Following completion, the focus will shift towards scaling the finance function for PE ownership and the next phase of growth.
You will lead a finance team of 10, working closely with the CEO and incoming investors to strengthen management reporting, forecasting, controls, cash and KPI visibility, while providing the commercial insight required to drive the value-creation plan. You will also lead a new ERP implementation and support M&A, integration and buy-and-build activity as the business scales.
