Finance Director - Part Time

We're looking for a brilliant Interim Finance Director who wants a great role, working with great people, but with a bit more flexibility!

Ideally, we need someone who can tick these boxes.

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Fun, bright, outgoing and genuinely great with people.
• Happy working part-time, ideally 3 days per week.
• Comfortable being in Central London 2-3 days per week.
• A good balance of corporate and SME experience. Someone who understands structure and process but also loves getting stuck in.
• Properly hands‑on! Comfortable with the detail, including PAYE, tax, cash flow, payroll, AP, AR and everything else that comes with running a finance function.
• Commercially minded, but equally happy rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
• Confident working closely with founders, business owners and senior leadership teams.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to oversee the numbers.

We need someone who can operate at Finance Director level, but is equally comfortable getting into the detail and doing the work themselves.
