Experienced Housing Solutions Reviews Officer Wanted
A London Council is seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Reviews Officer to provide interim support on an initial 3-month contract, paying £33-£36 per hour (umbrella).
What you'll be doing:
Carrying out part 6 and part 7 s202 Housing Act reviews to a high standard.
Assessing complex case files, evidence, and applicant representations objectively
Producing legally robust written review decisions within statutory timescale
Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, guidance, and case law What helps you stand out:
Minimum 12 months recent experience undertaking Part 6 & 7 S202 homelessness reviews
Contract details:
Hybrid working candidates should be available to attend the office 2-3 days per week
