As a Clinical and Cancer Service Pharmacist in Private Care, you will provide a clinical pharmacy service to the SACT day units, supporting medical and nursing teams with pharmacy advice to ensure the safe and timely delivery of oncology services. Your responsibilities will also include clinically checking the appropriateness of prescribing and promoting medicines optimization.
