Speech and Language Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multi‑disciplinary team. The role is primarily school‑based with additional clinic and remote opportunities. You will assess and support children and young people in unlocking their potential, working closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualised intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the child’s daily environment.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training and upskilling to key adults, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate care for children with complex needs.

• BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.

• Working within a paediatric setting.
• Experience with EHCPs and school‑based SLT provision.
• Experience with complex behaviours and trauma‑informed care.
• CPD specialist training and specialist CPD.

• Ongoing professional development and CPD opportunities.

• Competitive salary up to £55,000 FTE plus bonus.
• Summer contract, 50 weeks, 5 weeks off and 22 days annual leave.
