Salary: £90–£108 per day – Depending on experience

Do you have a natural ability to connect with young people who see the world a little differently?

We’re looking for compassionate Autism Support Assistants for various roles in specialist schools across South London, supporting pupils with autism and related communication needs. You’ll work alongside a brilliant, supportive team helping children build confidence, communication skills, and independence in a calm, structured environment.

What you’ll be doing :

* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small, consistent groups

* Using visual supports, communication aids, and sensory strategies

* Encouraging positive engagement and emotional regulation

* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists

What we’re looking for:

* Understanding or experience of autism and neurodiversity

* A patient, adaptable, and caring approach

* Reliability, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others

* (Bonus!) Thrive training or willingness to complete it for free with us

Experience in specialist education is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your positivity and passion for making a difference.
