Lee House is an attractive residential care home located in Wimbledon, offering care and support to residents over the age of 65. The home has been carefully designed to offer comfortable accommodation, including single occupancy bedrooms that each have en‑suite facilities, a pleasant lounge, dining room and garden. Facilities are also available for family or friends to stay overnight. Residents may personalise their room with small items of furniture and ornaments to promote familiarity.
The Role Of Night Care AssistantThis role is for a contract of 30 hours a week, including alternate weekend shifts. Shift times: 8:00 pm–8:00 am.
- At the front line of care delivery, you will help residents with their individual care needs, such as personal care, medical care and social interests.
- You will build a special bond with each resident and provide professional and emotional support during difficult times, such as periods of illness.
- You will assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around, keeping their dignity and independence respected.
- You will be integral to developing residents’ care plans, which includes being aware of any specialist support needs.
Starting hourly rate: £13.31–£13.66.
