About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) team in EMEA. In this high-impact role, you’ll be instrumental in scaling a world-class GTM organization—an essential part of our growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong teams.

As a Sr Recruiter, you’ll:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, with flexibility to support other business functions as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create target profiles, and build strategic hiring plans.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offering market insights and guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Technical GTM roles like Presales, Customer Success, and Technical Marketing ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for sourcing passive candidates
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project and time management skills—able to juggle multiple roles and priorities with ease.
  • A sharp eye for detail when managing candidate pipelines and documentation.
  • A passion for technology and staying on top of emerging industry trends.
