Temporary Senior Internal Recruiter - FMCG Head Office Tolworth | Hybrid | £20-£25 per hour (DOE) 2-3 Month Temporary Contract Join a fast-paced and innovative FMCG brand as their next Internal Recruiter , supporting busy head office teams with end-to-end hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a vibrant environment where your expertise will directly shape the teams driving the brand forward.
You'll be the go-to recruitment partner for multiple stakeholders, owning roles from brief to offer and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
The Role Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing plans. Write compelling job adverts and post across relevant channels. Actively source talent, headhunt, and build candidate pipelines for a range of head office roles. Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and manage candidates through every stage of the process. Deliver a consistent, positive candidate journey and act as a brand ambassador.
Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practice and process. Maintain accurate records and activity on the In house Systems About You Experience as an Internal Recruiter or in-house talent partner is essential. Strong track record in managing multiple roles within a fast-paced environment - FMCG experience is a bonus. Confident in direct sourcing, headhunting, and pipeline building. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously. What's on Offer £20-£25 per hour depending on experience.
