Total Rewards Partner (Temp Freelance Role)

Are you a seasoned Total Rewards professional with a passion for the retail industry? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our team on a temporary freelance basis at our London Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our global rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
    Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our global retail objectives.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and attractive.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Performance Management:
    Partner with HR and management to support performance management processes and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative reward solutions.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain accurate records and data management for all rewards-related activities.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to communicate and implement reward strategies effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in a similar Total Rewards role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, market trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills:

    Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability:
    Immediate availability to start and flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
