Campaign & Talent Manager (Academy Team)
Connect Management is one of the UK’s fastest-growing creator agencies, and we're looking for a Campaign & Talent Manager to join our academy team to take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships. Level: Ideally 2+ years’ experience in talent management and/or campaign management
Job Type: Full Time (On Site - In Office)
Salary: £35,000 P/A (and up to 10% bi-annual bonus)

The Role
As Campaign & Talent Manager, you’ll join Connect Academy, working closely with micro‑creators at the start of their content creation journey. You’ll take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships within Connect Academy. This is a hands‑on, people‑first role that blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee campaigns from briefing to delivery.
- Manage client communication, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships across the Academy talent roster, including monthly 1:1 strategy sessions.
- Ensure talent are supported and operations run smoothly (including external events).
- Support vetting and seamless onboarding of talent into the Academy.
- Guide social media growth, content planning and long‑term creator development.
- Work closely with the Academy Director to support team growth.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Support the planning of quarterly workshops delivering education and value.
- Contribute to the growth of Connect Academy’s Instagram and social presence.
- Provide constructive feedback and uphold excellence across client deliverables.
- Achieve account growth KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand campaigns.
- Confident managing campaigns and talent relationships independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creator growth.
