Salary: £28,000 base salary, increased to £32,000 after promotion.
OTE: £45,000 in Year 1. 40% commission on base + bonuses.

Working hours: 8:30am–6pm.
WFH: Every Wednesday (and Friday if you hit target).
Location: London.
Start Date: January 2026.

• Become a specialist recruiter in Finance, focusing on Hedge Funds and Investment Banking
• Build your own business and bring on new clients
• Negotiate terms and consult clients on market and hiring plans
• Source candidates and screen them via cold calling, advertising and networking
• Organise interviews and prepare candidates for success
• Secure an offer and make a placement

• 2:1 or above from a top university (graduating 2025)
• A 2024 graduate with commercial experience or who has travelled
• Minimum BBB at A Level
• Strong people skills: talkative, outgoing, resilient
• Financially motivated with drive to achieve targets and earn commission
