WORKING HOURS : 9 : 00-18 : 30 from Monday to Friday
START : ASAP
LOCATION :
Euston (5 days a week in Office)
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Supporting and coaching managers on HR best practices and team development
- Driving employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and UK employment law
- Contributing to HR process improvements and company culture building
- 3 years+ of experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR policies and processes as well as benefits
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
