We’ve experienced rapid growth so far and are looking for a Senior Consultant specialising in programme management to join the team.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be empowered to shape both client outcomes and the future of our business. You’ll help shape innovative solutions and lead client engagements while developing your own leadership skills in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do Client Delivery
  • Lead the design and execution of data and digital transformation programmes
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Apply critical thinking and structured problem solving to client challenges
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across business and technical teams
Team Leadership and Development
  • Manage high performing teams and provide coaching
  • Shape our internal capability and develop new business
What we’re looking for
  • Must have 4+ years of consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of project delivery approaches such as Agile and Prince2
  • Proven experience delivering data and analytics-focused transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strategic mindset with commercial awareness
  • Project management certification is a plus
