My client are in need of a contract Service Now Architect and 2 Developers/ Technical consultants. The roles are inside IR35 and will be working on a remote basis. The end client are in the Public sector, so any similar industry experience there would be beneficial.

Skills required:

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks
Deep expertise in Change Management and CMDB modules
Familiarity with CSDM, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CMDB) highly desirable
