We are seeking an experienced Service Now Solution Architect to drive product vision, strategy and design for Service Now capabilities.

Chase within Infrastructure Platforms, Specialty Platforms and Services you provide Service Now solution architecture expertise to enhance and develop Service Now solutions based on modern cloud‑based and SaaS technologies, as well as support the adoption of Service Now capabilities. Leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive best‑in‑class outcomes. You are a thought leader who will establish and lead Service Now solution architecture, strategy and outcomes for Digital Workflows Client Solution’s strategic roadmap.

You will help lead and educate internal business and technical teams on the power and capabilities of Service Now to solve business problems. In addition, you will manage and ensure adherence to the firm’s security controls, policies, and procedures.

• Advises cross‑functional teams on Service Now capabilities to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies
• Develops multi‑year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities; actively engages with teams and customers through discussion and visuals to convey Service Now fit‑for‑purpose solutions
• Develops secure and high‑quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
• Serves as a Service Now go‑to subject matter expert
• Contributes to the development of technical methods and designs for Service Now and integrations in line with the latest product development methodologies, including NOW Assist
• Creates durable, reusable technical designs that improve velocity and quality of output across teams and functions
• Partners closely with leadership, platform architecture, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Understand the business problems and opportunities that our product line and the Service Now platform can resolve; provide solutions that favor out‑of‑box functionality vs. customization
• Works collaboratively with Product and Platform Leads to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work
• Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

• Formal training or certification on Service Now concepts and proficient expert experience
• Expert‑level Service Now architecture experience; including certification across multiple modules including IRM, ITSM, and CSM and completion of architecture coursework
• Expertise in one or more programming language(s)
• Deep knowledge in one or more software, applications, and architecture
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in‑depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines
• Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives
• Understanding of the business
• Practical cloud native experience
