Responsibilities- Support pre‑sales activities to close new business within the region – scoping, level of effort estimations, proposal responses, SOW preparation, project approach advising, and methodology presentations.
- Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of Appian projects at customer accounts within the region to ensure deployment matches executive and business sponsor expectations; may lead or support Partners.
- Interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support to improve Appian’s product and positioning within the regional marketplace.
- Develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships with key customers.
- Lead development of methodologies, approaches, and techniques to improve Appian’s Customer Success Packaged Offerings.
- Understand a client’s business strategy and processes, and develop technical solutions that support their strategy.
- Provide mentorship and career management for a team of consultants within the region.
- Financial reporting and accountability for the region’s projects and resources, including pipeline/revenue forecasts and staffing projections.
- Assist with external recruiting efforts.
- Training and development:
