A fast-growing media & entertainment business is expanding its Marketing Analytics function and is looking for a technically strong Senior Analyst.

The Role

You will support the development and delivery of the company's media measurement agenda, owning MMM models, designing tests (geo-testing, A/B testing), and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine and maintain MMM models to quantify marketing effectiveness
• Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and geo-testing
• Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, strategic recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, commercial and ad sales teams
• Translate complex analytical work into simple, compelling stories
• Collaborate with internal US teams on modelling and measurement initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and experimentation
• Strong technical skills in SQL (must perform well in a live SQL test)
• Proficiency in R or Python for modelling and analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to turn data into insight and influence commercial decisions
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment
