We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of pre-trade analytics and risk management tools that drive decision-making for our Portfolio Managers and traders.

• Design and develop full-stack, web-based analytics and trading applications that support pre-trade, risk, and research workflows.
• Partner directly with Portfolio Managers and quantitative analysts to understand investment processes, translate requirements into features, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Shape the future of FIM’s investment toolkit and user interface platform strategy, delivering intuitive, high-performance tools using modern technologies.
• Collaborate across engineering, research, investing, and design teams to integrate analytics into core workflows.

• Proven experience developing robust Type Script/React applications with a Python or comparable backend.
• Passion for crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
• Skilled in Linux environments and modern cloud platforms for scalable application delivery.
• Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives with clarity and impact.
• Deep curiosity about fixed income and macro trading, with enthusiasm for mentoring and developing early-career talent.
