We’re partnered with a leading consumer wellness and fitness business with a large international footprint and a rapidly growing digital ecosystem. They operate at scale, serving millions of members through both physical locations and technology-driven services. The business is investing heavily in data, AI, and modern engineering practices to reshape how customers engage with health and wellbeing products.

They are now looking for an AI Engineer to join their growing AI function and play a central role in developing intelligent systems and advanced AI agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence AI strategy while remaining hands‑on in building production‑grade solutions that will directly impact millions of users.

• Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and intelligent automation systems.
• Developing end‑to‑end AI features that integrate seamlessly into customer‑facing digital products.
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and domain experts.
• Experimenting with advanced LLMs, vector search, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval pipelines.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and helping shape the organisation’s long‑term AI roadmap.

• Strong commercial experience building and deploying AI agents.
• Experience with in B2C environments is highly advantageous (digital products, consumer platforms, apps, etc.).
• Background in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative fields is beneficial.
• Excellent engineering fundamentals with hands‑on skills in Python and modern AI tooling.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a genuine passion for cutting‑edge AI innovation.

Hybrid working in London (2–3 days onsite per week)
