Job Role:
Delivery Lead
Duration: 6+ Months contract Inside IR35
Location:
London, UK
Working Mode:
Onsite
- Lead Delivery champions
- Experience in Win
11 complex business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research & Banking) - Azure VDI - Trader VDI - Day to day operations support
- Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as Bloomberg and Bloomberg add-ins for Office
- Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts
- Configuration of local and network printers
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless
- Supporting users with all issues after upgrade
- Keep inventory and asset management
- Report to client project manager
- Maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries
