UX Designer with a proven track record of delivering market leading design for Software and web apps (that align with GDS standards) whilst considering the wider user impact is sought by a market leading digital innovation company.

This UX Designer will be joining a team of multi disciplinary digital professionals who are entering an exciting phase of growth affording this UX Designer great day to day variety in an autonomous forward-thinking environment.

On a day to day this UX Designer will use their responsive web design experience and basic front end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to not only add new energy and direction to existing projects but also act as a key stakeholder working closely with the development team to help shape a cohesive development & design strategy for an upcoming product releases.

This role would suit a UX Designer with at least three years commercial experience using GDS design standards who is looking for a step up into a role with global impact and extensive progression opportunities.

This UX Designer should have most of the following key skills:

- Experience working with government digital service standards
- Exposure to concept creation tools - Balsamiq, Invision, Adobe Creative suite etc
- experience working on B2B applications ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- A strong portfolio of user centric, responsive and well researched design for software & web applications
- An understanding of front end development HTML, CSS, Java Script  
- A real passion for working in a scrum driven, agile team
- A solid understanding of UX best practice
- A wider appreciation of current design trends
- Stakeholder management experience
- Any experience working in a Fin Tech or SaaS environment would be a real plus
