1 day per week in the office in Central London, the rest from home

Application Delivery Manager required for a leading organisation based in Central London, where you will play a key role in the efficient delivery of applications & product development, supporting the business transformation change function. Working with an external 3rd party supplier/partner you will be responsible for the delivery of solutions, production support & maintenance across all platforms.

You will work within both Waterfall & Agile frameworks to deliver global business solutions. Experience working with complex bespoke applications &
Azure Dev Ops is essential for the role.

Delivery & vision for the team, BAU Management, Service Review & Management, Communication & Reporting, Vendor Management, Technical Support & Guidance, Line Management Oversight & Emerging Technologies/Innovation.

• Manage & monitor the roadmap, delivery, releases, work streams, resourcing & work allocation for team members.
• Support the vision for the team & ensure the team understands, supports & implements the vision.
• Oversee & manage technology BAU work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope & within budget.
• Conduct regular service reviews with business units to assess the performance of IT services and identify and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver services in line with contractual agreements.
