Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Data Migration Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Data Migration Manager to lead and deliver complex data migration activities within a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme.

The role requires strong finance functional expertise combined with deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration tools and methodologies. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing end-to-end data migration strategies across Finance, HCM, and EPM domains, working within a complex legacy environment that includes both Oracle and non-Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management programmes

* Act as lead for data migration activities using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

* Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and load activities

* Work closely with finance stakeholders across both transactional and strategic finance functions

* Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance throughout all migration phases

* Interface with Oracle Fusion data models and manage FBDI, HDL, and BICC artefacts

* Coordinate migration activities across multiple legacy source systems

* Provide leadership and guidance to technical and functional teams

* Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to data quality, security, and cutover readiness

Minimum Requirements

* Strong finance functional knowledge

* Accounting qualification

* Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations within large organisations

* Broad finance function expertise spanning transactional and strategic finance

* Experience in budgeting and cashflow management

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* 10+ years’ experience in data migration, including 5+ years in a lead role using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

* Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models

* Hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL, and BICC artefacts

* Proven experience leading data migration projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management, HCM, and EPM

* Experience working in complex legacy environments with both Oracle and non-Oracle systems

* Proven experience with Oracle Master Data Management products

* Strong understanding of data management methodologies

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills

* Ability to work independently and manage complex deliverables

Highly Desirable

* Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration Architect Professional certification

* Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud integrations
