Description:

We are seeking a Web Methods Architect with extensive experience in Web Methods upgrades, migration, and architecture design. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Web Methods Integration Suite, API Gateway, and hybrid cloud integration, along with hands-on experience in modernizing existing Web Methods platforms.

• Lead the upgrade and migration of Web Methods Integration Suite from older versions to the latest versions.
• Define Web Methods architecture and best practices for integration, performance tuning, and security.
• Conduct detailed assessment and impact analysis of Web Methods upgrades, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
• Architect and implement hybrid integration solutions using Web Methods and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Oversee the development and deployment of Integration Services, API Gateway policies, and EDI/B2B solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams in best practices for Web Methods development, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Web Methods issues related to integrations, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and Dev Ops teams.
• Optimize Web Methods configurations for high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with SOA, security policies, and governance standards.

• 10+ years of experience in Web Methods integration, API Gateway, and B2B solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Web Methods Upgrade projects (version 9.x to 10.x or later).
• Strong knowledge of Web Methods Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging, and Trading Networks.
• Experience in CI/CD automation, Dev Ops, and cloud-based Web Methods deployment.
• Expertise in SOAP & REST API development, security, and governance policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience in Web Methods.
• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Hybrid Integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Web Methods certification (e.g., Software AG Certified Integration Professional).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Integration platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure integration services.
