Capacity Installation Technician – West London

Key Job Responsibilities- Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Creating and attaching labels and barcodes.
- Managing inventory of related materials.
- Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment; weight limits in accordance with regulations.
- Regular work at heights and from ladders.
- Work in noisy areas with temperature extremes.
- Personal car and ability to travel within the geographical work area.

Basic Qualifications- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of server hardware and components.
