You will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply‑chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. • Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Creating and attaching labels and barcodes.
• Managing inventory of related materials.
• Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment; weight limits in accordance with regulations.
• Regular work at heights and from ladders.
• Work in noisy areas with temperature extremes.
• Personal car and ability to travel within the geographical work area.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of server hardware and components.
