IT Pre-Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Engagement
• Supportsalesteamsinidentifyingandqualifyingopportunities.
• Prepareanddeliverpresentations,proposals,andsolutionoverviewstoprospectiveclients.
• Actasatrustedadvisorduringpre-salesdiscussions,ensuringalignmentwithregulatoryandbusinessrequirements.
• Consultation&Productisation
• Leadinitiativestodevelopandstandardiseconsultationofferingsbasedonframeworkssuchas Cyber Essentials ,ISO
  27001,and similar.
• Translatecustomerneedsandcomplianceobligationsintoactionableservicepackagesandproductfeatures.
• Collaboratewithtechnicalandcommercialteamstoensurefeasibilityandcompetitiveness.
• Product Management Support
• Assistindefiningproductroadmapsandserviceenhancementsbasedonmarkettrendsandclientfeedback.
• Monitorperformanceofconsultationservicesandrecommendimprovements.
• Contributetopricingstrategiesandvaluepropositions.
• Customer Interaction
• Engagewithclientstogatherrequirements,analysechallenges,andproposecompliantsolutions.
• Maintainclearandprofessionalcommunicationthroughoutthepre-sales cycle.
• Internal Collaboration
• Workcloselywithsales,technical,anddeliveryteamstoensureseamlesshandoverfrompre-salestoimplementation.
• Provideinputformarketingmaterialsandknowledge-sharingsessions.

IT Pre-Sales Consultant Requirements

• Solidunderstandingofsecurityandcomplianceframeworks(e.g.,Cyber Essentials,ISO
  27001).Abilitytocreateclear,concisedocumentationandproposals.
• Pre-sales,product management,orITconsultation(Juniorroleacceptable).
• Familiarity with
  
  ITsecuritystandardsandenterprisesolutionsisanadvantage.
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  (advantageous,not mandatory).
• Project Management:
  
  PMPorPRINCE2(Foundationor Practitionerlevel) or equivalent.
• Security:
  
  CISSPorequivalent.
• Microsoft Power Platformrelatedcertificationsorequivalent .
• Proficiency in
  
  MSOfficeandpresentationtools.
• Fluentin English(reading,writing,speaking,listening).Strongsenseofresponsibility,workethics,andreliableattendance.
