E-Com Manager​/Luxury

Our client is a prestigious luxury retail brand whose commitment to quality, elegance, and exclusivity sets us apart in the industry. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in Shopify to lead our online sales strategy and elevate our digital presence.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the online proposition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing the Shopify platform, and ensuring that the e-commerce operations align with our brand's luxury standards.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize the user experience on our Shopify site, ensuring it reflects our luxury brand's aesthetic and values.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling online campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Analyze sales data and web analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing efforts to increase online visibility and traffic.
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools and applications with Shopify, including payment gateways, CRM, and inventory systems.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce and luxury retail sectors.

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager, with a strong focus on luxury retail.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify, including advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus.
