Data Platforms Manager – Transformation/Delivery – London/Flexible

90k - 95k per annum, plus bonus & excellent benefits

1 day per week in the office in Central London, the rest from home

Data Platforms Manager required for a leading organisation based in Central London, where you will play a key role in delivering real outcomes for the organisation as you lead the evolution, governance & optimisation of a global data environment. You will be accountable for ensuring the organisation’s data platforms, pipelines & governance practices are robust, scalable, secure & aligned to the wider enterprise data strategy.

You will also be responsible for managing a small team of data professionals.

• Support the development & delivery of the enterprise data strategy, ensuring delivery of priority initiatives in alignment with overall organisational objectives.
• Contribute to the establishment and operation of a practical data governance framework.
• Work with internal business stakeholders to identify and shape data opportunities, helping translate business needs into achievable data solutions.
• Manage & develop the data engineering team, providing day‑to‑day leadership, resource planning, coaching and support to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality data pipeline, integrations & platform enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity & relevant regulatory requirements, applying appropriate controls across the data lifecycle.
