Payment Services Provider (PSP) Operations Specialist
Join a fast-paced, global payments team! We’re looking for a Payment Services Provider (PSP) Operations Specialist to manage and optimize technical relationships with leading PSPs.
What You’ll Do- Own day-to-day PSP operations and relationship management
- Lead technical issue resolution and ecosystem mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment processes
- Analyze data to identify gaps and lead remediation projects
- Support the rollout of network policies and strategic initiatives
- Experience in PSPs, payment gateways, or digital payment ecosystems
- Strong technical acumen and a problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders and senior leaders
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
