Job Position:
Graduate Tech Analyst – via the Graduate Development Programme.

Locations:
London.

Starting Salary: £28,000.

• Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject
• Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week

• Dev Ops Analyst – Become the vital link between software development and IT operations. Learn how to build, automate, and streamline the process of delivering software, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operation.
• Info Sec Analyst – Focus on designing security systems, monitoring for threats, and responding to cyber‑attacks. Manage systems, conduct ethical hacking, and advise on security best practices.
• Software Developer – Work on the full software development lifecycle. Write, test, and debug code while learning from senior developers in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2:1 Undergraduate Degree – Minimum 2:1 in a STEM field.
• Data Tools – Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, Azure, Splunk, and Wire Shark is highly beneficial.
• Analytical Problem Solving – Spotting patterns, creative thinking, and critical‑thinking skills are highly valued.
• Soft Skills – Effective communication, planning, organisation, learning mindset, stakeholder and time management.
