This MSP is looking for a motivated Service Desk Network Engineer to maintain, and support secure, resilient, and high-performing network and IT infrastructure for a range mid-market clients. This hybrid role combines remote service desk responsibilities with on-site support, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a technically capable and customer-focused professional.

• Take full ownership of all second- and third-line support for network related incidents and service requests.
• Client management: evaluating business impact and managing expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of secure VPNS, VLANs, and firewall rules.
• Conduct network performance monitoring and recommend optimization strategies.
