Queen’s College, London is seeking to appoint an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to join the established IT team as it embarks on a new strategic direction.

The role involves leading the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the school’s technical infrastructure across the Prep School and College, ensuring high availability of IT services that support teaching, learning, and business functions.

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, endpoint devices, classroom technology, and core systems.
• Ensure high availability of IT services that support teaching, learning, and business functions.
• Perform incident and problem management to maintain service reliability.
• Drive continuous service reliability improvements across the IT estate.
• Act under the direction of the Head of IT and Digital Learning as the technical lead for infrastructure and operational support.
