Google Cloud Partner Service Manager – SC Cleared - Corsham (Hybrid) - Up to £590 per day Inside IR35 Fryer Miles are delighted to be working with an award winning Consultancy to assist with their recruitment of a SC cleared Google Cloud Partner Service Manager to provide an internal service wrap, ensuring seamless alignment with the service wrap delivered by Google.

The role will follow Operational Service Management (OSM) practices and will act as the central point for coordinating, governing, and assuring service delivery across Google Cloud engagements.

Key Responsibilities Deliver and maintain the internal service wrap aligned to Google's service wrap, ensuring consistent service governance and operational excellence. Act as the primary liaison between service teams and Google service management functions. Oversee incident, problem, change, and request processes in line with OSM and ITIL best practices. Produce and maintain service reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. Manage service reviews, escalations, and customer communications to ensure smooth operational outcomes.

Drive service improvements and ensure operational processes are clearly documented and followed. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Manager in a cloud environment, ideally with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of OSM/ITIL practices, service governance, and operational controls. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across internal teams and with strategic technology partners. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication capabilities.
