We’re seeking future team members for our Product and Innovation Team with roles located in London.

Our 24‑month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career.

Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world’s largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high‑priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high‑impact roles in multiple functions.

BNY's Product & Innovation Team develops product commercialization strategies for cutting‑edge products and solutions, driving growth and adoption. Emphasizing client obsession, the business aims to enable clients’ success by anticipating needs and connecting capabilities across BNY. This business focuses on delivering innovative solutions to support the custody, administration, and servicing of digital assets for institutional clients. It leverages advanced technology platforms to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets. The team collaborates across functions to develop scalable products that meet evolving market needs and regulatory requirements.

• Enrollment in a 3‑year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or July 2026
• Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
